GARDEN OF LIVE FLOWERS

Garden of Live Flowers formed in 2015 by Leopold and Allyson Blue-Sky - on instruments and vocals respectively - and following a serendipitous twist of fate were soon joined by La Laa Freaky Zen on bass. The band are influenced by their mutual love of flowers and cats, and diverse bands such as Gong, Bauhaus, The Beatles, Siouxsie and The Banshees, Hawkwind, The Stranglers and Can. Following a long germination period due to outside forces, GoLF released their debut album – Sticky, Sweet and Dirty – via Bandcamp in 2021, and played their live debut at EppyFest in 2022. A new 4-track EP is due to be released on Friday 3rd February 2023, again via Bandcamp. Garden of Live Flowers are not looking at world domination, but if they can move some like-minded individuals with their sounds then, in their own small way, they will have reached their nirvana.
