- To enter this competition, the entrant must sign up to The Green Gathering newsletter and submit their name and email address via email to greengatheringmedia@gmail.com.
- By submitting these details, the entrant agrees to sign up to The Green Gathering email newsletters. Any entries submitted outside of this process will not be accepted.
- Only one (1) entry is permitted per person and no bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will be accepted.
- This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry).
- One (1) winner will be selected at random by The Green Gathering from all valid entries within five (5) working days of the closing time.
-The winner will be informed of their win via email from The Green Gathering within one (1) week of the winner being selected. It will be the responsibility of the winner to then reply. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of the winning communication being sent and confirm these details within a further five (5) working days, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected at random from the pool of entrants during the competition time frame.
- If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits a prize under these terms and conditions, then The Green Gathering may, at its discretion, offer the prize to another entrant.
- The ticket prize is one adult ticket to The Green Gathering 2024. In the event the recipient already has a ticket or cannot attend, the ticket can be rolled over to The Green Gathering 2025. This rollover can only be applied once. The ticket is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The information you provide will be used as stated in these terms and conditions and in conjunction with The Green Gathering Privacy Policy.
- The Green Gathering reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this competition or cancel it at any time.
